What is HCS and TxHml?
HCS- Home and community-based services provide individualized services and support to persons with intellectual disabilities who are living with their family, in their own home or in other community settings, such as small group homes.
TxHml- Texas home living provides selected essential services and supports to people with intellectual and developmental disabilities who live in their family homes or their own home.
